Tato Fonseca

I am a London-based visual artist, specialising in commercial and portrait/event photography. I passionately believe in portraying a narrative within my work, and with this in mind, I seek out those shooting angles and fleeting expressions that will perfectly communicate a moment in time. 

The beauty and transient quality of natural light plays an important role in my working process and the final images that I produce. It enables me to work unobtrusively at events and change locations quickly without moving lights. The importance of natural light has, in every sense, shaped my approach.    

I would not be able to do what I love without the support and trust of the clients that I work with. I deliver work on-brief and on time but above all, I seek to thoroughly exceed the expectations of each and every client I shoot for, whether it be in an intimate family setting or at a large scale corporate event. 

To understand an image, you must truly feel it.

This ethos is the very foundation of what I do.
